(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis health care company Anthem says it’s testing a new program to improve transparency of medical billing.
The anthem "Care Compare" program is currently the subject of a pilot project in Ohio.
The goal is to give patients an accurate estimate of all the costs associated with a medical procedure.
A nationwide roll-out is expected in the future.
