(UNDATED) - A new website has been created to help Indiana residents determine if they’re ready to buy a house.
With Indiana leading the nation in foreclosure rates, the Indiana Apartment Association decided to develop a survey of eighteen yes or no questions on topics ranging from financial readiness to lifestyle.
IAA executive director Lynne Sullivan says several renters jump into the process without knowing the facts.
After taking the survey, participants are given suggestions on the housing arrangement that suits their lifestyle.
