Marsh Shareholders To Decide On Sun

(INDIANAPOLIS) - A shareholder meeting next month will decide whether to merge Marsh supermarkets with Sun Capital Partners.
Two other suitors have withdrawn their bids after a judge ruled Marsh must first consider Sun's bid.
Shareholders will vote September 22nd on the merger.
