(UNDATED) - Indiana’s Homeland Security Department blames vague definitions from its federal counterpart for a government list showing Indiana with more than 8,000 potential terror targets, a thousand more than any other state.
Spokesman Andy Zirkle says a government questionnaire didn't ask for "terror targets" or even "key sites," it asked for "critical assets," and the state figured it was better to be too thorough than not thorough enough.
