Regatta Crasher Suffers Seizure
(MADISON) - A teenager who recently crashed his vehicle into a crowd of people before plummeting into the Ohio River is recovering from a seizure.
Authorities say 18-year-old Madison resident Michael Bowen was taken to a hospital Wednesday morning after suffering the attack.
Investigators say they are waiting for blood test results to determine if alcohol or drugs played a role in the Madison Regatta car crash.
Two women continue to receive treatment for serious injuries associated with the accident.
