Police Begin Investigation Into Mother-Son Murder

(FRANKLIN) - Franklin Police continue to investigate the murders of 26-year-old Chynna Dickus and Blake Dickus.
The bodies of both Chynna and Blake Dickus were found Monday with multiple stab wounds. The woman's husband and the boy's father told police he discovered the bodies when he returned home from work.
Crime scene technicians continue to collect numerous items of evidence. A blood spatter expert from the Indiana State Police will be assisting crime scene technicians. Autopsies will be conducted this afternoon.
No suspects have been identified at this time. Residents are encouraged to report any suspicious activity or persons immediately to the police.
