Toll Road Lease On The Line
Last updated on Wednesday, June 14, 2006
(STATEHOUSE) - An Indiana Supreme Court hearing on the toll road lease could end up resolving not only a preliminary issue, but the bottom-line question of whether the deal is constitutional.
