Police Charge Man with Death of Step-Brother

(AUSTIN) - An Austin man faces charges in the death of his 13-year-old half- brother in 2004.
21-year-old Richard Collier is accused of murdering Dustin Ivey. His arrest comes more than 20 months after the boy's disappearance.
His body was discovered in a Washington County Creek that flows into the Muscatatuck River. Washington County Prosecutor Cynthia Winkler said recent forensic tests and other investigative work provided enough evidence to charge Collier.
