(UNDATED) - Daylight Saving Time was promoted as a necessary step for improving Indiana’s economic health.
But is it paying off? Perry County Development Corporation Executive Director Greg Wathen doesn't think that Daylight Saving Time has been a key factor in any of the locations and expansions announced since DST took effect.
Wathen disputes the governor's claims that expansions like the one announced by Fed-Ex in Indianapolis were facilitated by the state changing its clocks.
