(MARTINSVILLE) - Lawyers for the man accused of killing Indiana University student Jill Behrman say they hope to keep his daughter out of the spotlight during legal proceedings.
John Myers' daughter has entered the discussion because her mother has emerged after seven years without contact between the two and is seeking custody.
Myers' daughter is currently in the custody of her paternal grandmother.
