Consortium Will Celebrate 4th of July

(UNDATED) - The Spanish Australian consortium which will begin leasing the Indiana toll road today says it has patriotic plans for July 4th.
Macquarie-Cintra will hand out some 20,000 U.S. flags to motorists on Independence Day.
Flag stickers and coupons for cups of coffee will also be given out this weekend.
