(BEDFORD) - USGA Agronomist Bob Brame was in Bedford in May and has released his Turf Advisory Service Report on the condition of the Otis Park Golf Course.

Brame checked the back nine holes of the golf course and found that improvements on the greens has been progressing reasonably well.

However, he says the grass seeding occurred too late in the fall, therefore, he feels the new greens are not ready for player traffic and will not be for some time. He did not give an exact date.

He concluded that he was pleased with the progress that has been made since planting the new grasses.
