Last updated on Tuesday, May 30, 2006
(VINCENNES) - A Vincennes man has begun work on a mural of comedian Red Skelton that will adorn a downtown building.
Randall Hedden says he was inspired by a personal encounter with Skelton in 1980.
Skelton's face, a black and white film reel, and characters the comedian portrayed will adorn the mural.
