(UNDATED) - The Family and Social Services Administration’s Chief Financial Officer, Richard Rhoad, is returning to full state employment at a salary of $100,000 a year.
He created controversy recently, when he resigned, then became a private contractor at $180,000 a year.
Prior to becoming CFO, Rhoad had signed an agreement allowing him to move into a contracted role.
But he felt that the controversy would distract him and FSSA, and requested returning to the agency.
