Medicare Part "D" Signup Ends Soon

(UNDATED) - There’s less than a week left for seniors and some people with disabilities to sign up for Medicare Part “D” - the prescription drug plan.
Nelle Worthington, an education consultant for the Senior Health Insurance Information Program, says if you haven't signed up for a plan yet - you have until Monday.
She suggests procrastinators call 1-800- Medicare.
She says they'll ask for your zip code and the name of your favorite pharmacy - figure out what prescriptions you need and then find out what plan covers your medications.
