Last updated on Thursday, May 25, 2006
(INDIANAPOLIS) - State Police will flood the roads this weekend with an extra 150 troopers.
The beefed-up patrols for the holiday weekend include 30 troopers and motor-carrier inspectors who will concentrate on heavy truck traffic.
Major Ed Reuter says they'll be strictly enforcing rules governing how long truckers can stay behind the wheel.
