Attorneys In Court For Toll Road Lease

(SOUTH BEND) - Lawyers for opponents of the toll road lease and for the state will be in court today in the lawsuit attempting to block the deal.
Saint Joseph Superior Judge Michael Scopelitis will not rule on the lawsuit itself.
He'll hear arguments on evidence issues, and on whether the suit should be declared a "public lawsuit."
That would put the case on a fast track, and could force lease opponents to post a bond to keep it going.
