(UNDATED) - General Motors is reportedly asking a bankruptcy court judge to look into Delphi’s financial statements.
GM says it wants to figure out Delphi's numbers and possibly cancel its contracts.
Delphi contends it's more than five thousand GM contracts do not make the company any money.
