(NASHVILLE) - A man in jail for allegedly killing his wife will be held behind bars without bail.
Michael Smith faces charges he strangled his wife in their hot tub in November of 2003.
Smith is scheduled to stand trial in April, but that date could be moved back if a petition by Smith's lawyer to be removed from the case is accepted by a judge.
