Last updated on Thursday, March 02, 2006
WEST LAFAYETTE—This Saturday Purdue University will hold its 23rd Rube Goldberg contest.
This year's amateur scientists must use at least 20 steps to shred a piece of paper.
The event begins at 10:30 and is free to the public.
The event honors the late cartoonist whose drawings showed very complicated ways to do simple tasks.
