Convicted Triple-Murderer Boney Did Not Receive Life In Prison

NEW ALBANY—A Southern Indiana jury that convicted Charles Boney in the murder of a woman and her two children did not recommend the toughest sentence - life in prison without parole.
Instead, Boney now faces a sentence of 75 to 275 years in prison when he's sentenced later this month.
He was convicted of helping David Camm kill Camm's wife, Kimberly, and their two children at the family's home near New Albany in 2000.
Camm, a former Indiana State Trooper who resigned from the department a few months before the murders, is being tried separately in Warrick County.
