UAW Meets With Borgwarner Reps
Last updated on Wednesday, January 11, 2006
MUNCIE—Members of the United Auto Workers met with Borgwarner representatives to talk about the situation at the Muncie Plant.
Neither side would divulge the focus of their discussions.
Borgwarner officials have complained about the cost of healthcare at the plant. They say the costs run higher at the Muncie facility for current workers and retirees than any of the company's other facilities.
