Indiana Planned Parenthood asked to show records

Planned Parenthood of Indiana has made its case to the Indiana Court of Appeals to block a state demand for patient records.
Medicaid Fraud investigators want records on 73 patients under the age of 14, to check if the organization is reporting underage clients who are sexually active.
Planned Parenthood says it always has, and accuses the state of conducting a fishing expedition.
