ALLEN COUNTY—An Allen County judge has sentenced a convicted axe murderer to the maximum sentence.
46-year-old Michael Scott will serve 118 years in prison for killing his roommate, John Miller with an axe last year. Scott told authorities he didn't remember the crime and claimed his drug addiction may have been to blame for the killing.
