(INDIANAPOLIS) - Attorney General Curtis Hill Attorney General Curtis Hill is scheduled to appear Monday as a guest on two national cable news programs.
At approximately 6:15 a.m. EST, he is expected to appear on Fox News Channel's "Fox and Friends," the nation's No. 1-rated morning cable television program.
At approximately 10 a.m. EST, he is expected to appear on Fox Business Network's "Varney and Co." with host Stuart Varney.
On both programs, Attorney General Hill plans to discuss a federal court ruling last week holding that the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is unconstitutional. The ruling is a win for Indiana and 19 other states that filed a legal challenge against the law commonly known as "Obamacare."
