Carlisle Woman Faces Lengthy Prison Term For Drug Dealing

(CARLISLE) - A Carlisle woman convicted of drug dealing faces a lengthy sentence when she appears in Sullivan Superior Court later this month.

According to court records, 49-year-old Amanda Schmidtz was convicted October 31st on Level 4 felony charges of dealing in a Schedule II controlled substance and being a habitual offender.

She could be sentenced up to 12 years in prison on the drug charge an additional 6 to 20 as a habitual offender.
