(FORT WAYNE) - A Statewide Silver Alert has been canceled.
The alert was issued by the Fort Wayne Police Department after the disappearance of an adult.
Mary L. Perry is a 69-year-old black female, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 175 pounds, blonde hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a multicolored knee length top and black pants.
She was last seen on Sunday, October 21, 2018, at 5:30 pm in Fort Wayne, Indiana and is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
