(JASPER) - At the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareowners of Kimball International, Inc. (Nasdaq: KBAL), the following nominees were elected to serve on the Board of Directors: Timothy J. Jahnke, Kristine L. Juster, and Thomas J. Tischhauser.
Each received a majority of the votes cast, and each will serve a term of three years until the 2021 meeting of shareowners, or until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified. Upon accepting the Chief Executive Officer role, Ms. Juster became a non-independent director. Shareowners approved the non-binding advisory vote on compensation for executives ("Say on Pay"). Shareowners also ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche, LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year 2019.
The Board of Directors of Kimball International, Inc. held a Board meeting during which they declared a quarterly dividend of eight cents ($0.08) per share for all outstanding shares of common stock payable January 15, 2019, to shareowners of record on December 21, 2018.
