Habitat Homes Built At Indiana State Fair Move To Permanent Location

(INDIANAPOLIS) - This week Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity will transport the two three-bedroom homes built at the Indiana State Fair as part of its ninth annual Agriculture Build to their permanent location.

Constructed in just 14 days in partnership with Indiana's agriculture community, each house will move on a Wolfe House & Building Movers truck via the routes listed below. Tuesday, Sept. 11, 9 a.m. - Habitat homeowner, Karen Leachman

From 9 a.m. to approximately 10 a.m. residents and local traffic can observe the house move from the Indiana State Fairgrounds, west on 42nd Street, south on College Ave., and west on 38th Street to the Maple Crossing neighborhood.

Thursday, Sept. 13, 9 a.m. - Habitat homeowner, Mansa Samlafo

From 9 a.m. to approximately 10 a.m. residents and local traffic can observe the house move from the Indiana State Fairgrounds, west on 42nd Street, south on College Ave., and west on 38th Street to the Maple Crossing neighborhood.
