"We are pleased to have Deb join the team to help propel the mission and vision of the Foundation in the community and beyond," states Mary Beth Oakes, the interim board of director president. "We are confident as a board that Deb will bring strategy, fundraising expertise and dedication to her position. We have been incredibly fortunate of past leaders and have appreciated Lori Ball stepping in as Interim CEO, as she has energized the board and staff during the transition."

The Foundation is looking to continue to partner with like-minded companies and organizations to propel their women internally through leadership development and mentoring. The impact of the Foundation has grown outside of the Indianapolis community and will continue to scale nationwide.

"I am thrilled with the opportunity to help grow future women leaders and I am passionate about the mission of Pass the Torch for Women Foundation," Deb said. "I will pour my passions and experience into the Foundation and have it, in turn, pour out to positively impact the lives of women, their children, and the community as a whole. The need for women to be uplifted and supported is imperative now more than ever and we are urging individuals to get involved in the mentoring community."

Deb has more than 15 years experience in Business Development and has dedicated much of her career to Barnes & Thornburg in Indianapolis. She possesses a strong commitment to helping others achieve success by advising, mentoring and connecting them to other talented people and resources.
