(UNDATED) - Since 1982, the KidsGardening Youth Garden Grant has supported schools and youth educational garden projects that enhance the quality of life for students and their communities.
And once again, They're thrilled to open up the grant for applications.
Any nonprofit organization, public or private school, or youth program in the United States or US Territories planning a new garden program or expanding an established one that serves at least 15 youth between the ages of 3 and 18 is eligible to apply.
KidsGardening education specialists will select 25 programs based on program impact and sustainability. The top 5 programs will receive award packages valued at $2100, and 20 programs will receive awards valued at $500.
Applications are due Monday, December 17, 2018. Winners will be notified on January 31, 2019.
