State Police And New Albany City Serve Search Warrant And Arrest Three

(NEW ALBANY) - Thursday morning, troopers and officers from the New Albany City Police Department served a search warrant at 522 Vincennes Street Apartment 2 in New Albany. The search warrant was the result of a drug investigation that had been initiated by troopers from the Sellersburg State Police Post.

As a result of the search warrant approximately 11 grams of meth, digital scales, plastic baggies and other drug paraphernalia were located.

The following people were arrested at the scene:

Michael W. Baxter, 42, of New Albany, on charges of dealing meth, possession of meth, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Andrew W. Reid, 30, of New Albany, on charges of possession of meth and visiting a common nuisance.
Jennifer A. Renfrow, 40, of Georgetown, on charges of possession of meth and visiting a common nuisance.

All the arrested were lodged at the Floyd County Jail awaiting their court appearances.
