Discover Hidden Treasure Home in Downtown Madison 2018 Tri Kappa Tour of Homes

Tickets are now available for the upcoming Tri Kappa Tour of Homes. The tour of properties in beautiful downtown Madison, Indiana begins Friday, October 5 and runs through Sunday, October 7 th . The tour offers guests the opportunity to tour private homes not ordinarily open for public viewing. The event is a fundraiser for the Tri Kapa Beta Omega chapter for local scholarships, charities and arts programs. The tour offers a unique opportunity that occurs only every other year.

Thee eight properties set for this year's tour include incredible examples of Federal, Georgian, Regency and Classic Revival architecture. All of the homes are located within 131 blocks of the community listed on the National Register of Historic Places and offer guests a pristine glimpse of the past.

The tour is self-guided, which allows guests to proceed at their own pace throughout the weekend. Each home along the tour will include a hostess to assist guests, while providing detail on the art, architecture and décor that make each residence unique.

Located along the Ohio River Scenic Byway, the City of Madison is a well-preserved community known for its historic architecture and quaint downtown. The city, which was recently named one of the most beautiful destinations in America by Expedia, is home to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and gardens, providing tour participants with lots to see and do throughout their visit.

Advanced tickets for the 2018 Tri Kappa Tour of Homes can be purchased online and picked up Tour weekend at Tour Headquarters, located at Madison Presbyterian Church, 202 Broadway St., Madison. The nonrefundable tickets can also be purchased throughout Tour weekend and are ood all three days of the tour.
