(JEFFERSONVILLE) - A Jeffersonville man is behind bars after police say he slit his father’s throat while watching television.
Now, Chad Castleberry, 36, is being charged with attempted murder.
Police say Castleberry's father had asked his son to clean up a mess in the house, which upset Castleberry.
Castleberry came up behind his father with a knife and slit his throat - nearly killing him.
The younger Castleberry was arrested and is being held on a $100,000 cash bond.
