Family Offering $50K Reward For Information In Memorial Day Murder

(DEARBORN CO.) - Indiana State Police continue to investigate the Memorial weekend homicide that occurred on Highridge Court in Dearborn County.

On May 28th, 73-year-old Thomas Biedenharn was found dead in his residence in the Hidden Valley subdivision near Lawrenceburg, Indiana. An autopsy later confirmed that Biedenharn was the victim of a homicide.

Indiana State Police Detectives are continuing to pursue leads in this investigation and the case remains very active.

Information gathered during the investigation has led investigators to believe that more than one person was present with Biedenharn at the residence when the crime occurred. A newer model "electric or bright blue" four door or extended cab truck was seen in the area of the residence around the time of the crime.

The Biedenharn family is offering a $50,000 reward to anyone who is able to provide information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the murder of Thomas Biedenharn.
