Volunteer At IMS This Race Season, Earn Donations To The Indiana Legion

(INDIANAPOLIS) - ​The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is offering a fundraising opportunity at the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, May 27, 2018.

Volunteers will each earn $100! $50 will be given to the volunteer's Post, Unit, Squadron or Chapter, and $50 will be given to the Department Commander's Project, iVETS. 100 volunteers would earn a check for $10,000 for a single day.

Each volunteer will be given $10 in Track Bucks for lunch. Water and ice will be supplied by the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Each volunteer will be issued a yellow IMS volunteer t-shirt and receive a unique American Legion, Department of Indiana, track volunteer pin.

This partnership provides an easy way for our members to come out in force and raise a lot of money for our Hoosier veterans. Please spread the word and mobilize your groups to take advantage of this opportunity.Volunteers will work for a day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway scanning tickets or as ushers in the stands.
