Last updated on Thursday, April 5, 2018

(JASPER) - A man and woman were arrested after police were called to the Jasper Walmart early Wednesday morning.

Police went to the Walmart after receiving a call from an employee about a woman with a 2-month-old child acting erratically. Police say the woman appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic.

Police arrested 27-year-old Audrey Fleck of Holland after police found a gram of meth in her vehicle. She is also facing a charge of neglect of a dependent.

Police also arrested 54-year-old man Charles Morrison of Jasper, who was with Fleck. He was arrested on a charge of possession of meth.

Due to the state of Fleck's impairment, her 2 month old daughter was removed from her custody by the Dubois County Department of Child Services.
