Jared Fogel Suing Judges And His Attorneys

Last updated on Monday, April 9, 2018

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Jared Fogle is suing federal judges and two of his own lawyers for $57M dollars.

The former Subway pitchman claims he was tricked into pleading guilty to false charges in a conspiracy to rob him of his fortune.

He's in a federal prison in Colorado now, serving 15 years on charges of child pornography and sexual conduct with a minor.

It's the latest of several attempts by Fogle to get out of his plea which was entered in 2015.

Thus far those attempts have all been unsuccessful.

He still has two pending civil cases against Judge Tanya Walton Pratt and the U.S. government-seeking his release.
