(INDIANAPOLIS) - One candidate, David Abbott of Rome City, has filed to fill the remainder of former State Representative David Ober’s term. The caucus will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, at Blessed Sacrament Church located at 2290 N. State Road 9, Albion, IN 46701.
Credentialed media interested in covering the caucus must register by 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2018, by contacting Holly Gillham at hgillham@indiana.gop.
Doors open at 6 p.m. A Facebook Live Stream will be available at www.facebook.com/indgop for members of the public who wish to watch the caucus live.
Caucus Process
The caucus will be presided over by staff of the Indiana Republican Party. Two minutes will be allocated for Abbott's introduction, and he will then have three minutes to speak on his own behalf. Voting will then follow.
