(TIPTON CO.) - Silver Alert 008-2018 issued on Sunday, March 4, 2018 on Shainna R. Meadows has been cancelled as of Sunday, March 4, 2018 at 7:30 p.m.

The Tipton County Sheriff's Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult from Tipton, Indiana. Tipton, Indiana is 51 miles north of Indianapolis.
Shainna R. Meadows is an 27 year old white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 200 pounds, brown hair, and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black blouse, blue jeans, and flip flops.
She was last seen Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 1:45 pm in Tipton, Indiana and is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
She was last seen driving a black 2017 Nissan Versa Indiana plate 940TDP.
