Indiana Department Of Revenue Reminds Residents They Can File Their Taxes For Free

(UNDATED) - Tax season is nearly upon us (January 29- April 17, 2018) and the Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) wants to remind you that they offer a free online tax filing service to file both federal and state income taxes through Indiana freefile (INfreefile).

You can use INfreefile to file your individual income tax returns, if your adjusted gross income (AGI) was less than $66,000 in 2017.

INfreefile allows taxpayers to use sophisticated question-and-answer style software from trusted vendors to file their taxes online for free.

If you qualify, select the vendor of your choice and complete your tax returns for free. Participating vendors include TurboTax, H&R Block, TaxAct, OLT Online Taxes, 1040NOW and FreeTaxUSA.
