Indiana Builders Association Elects 2018 Leadership

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Builders Association (IBA) recently elected the association’s 2018 senior officers.

Pat Richard, Lafayette, will serve as IBA's 2018 president. Pat is the president of Spire Group, a residential and commercial construction group out of Lafayette. He develops and manages projects for multi-family rental housing and commercial rental properties. Pat is the former President of the BA of Greater Lafayette and a former Governor's appointee to the State Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission.

The 2018 IBA Senior Officers include:

President: Pat Richard, president of the Spire Group, Lafayette

Vice President: Don Thieneman, president of the Thieneman Group, Floyds Knobs

Treasurer: Brett Harter, owner of Freeman and Harter Custom Homes, Leesburg

Secretary: Jeff Thomas, co-owner and vice president of Oakmont Development, Fort Wayne

Established in 1952, IBA has 25 local affiliates organized into eight geographic areas across Indiana.
