(UNDATED) - Caesars Entertainment may soon own two Central Indiana racing and casino venues.
Centaur Holdings has agreed to sell Hoosier Park Racing & Casino and Indiana Grand Racing and Casino for $1.7 billion dollars.
If the acquisition receives regulatory approvals, the deal is expected to be finalized in the summer.
Caesars already owns the Horseshoe Hammond Casino and Horseshoe Southern Indiana Hotel and Casino
