(JASPER) - A Jasper woman appeared in Daviess Superior Court on Wednesday to plead in a case of sexual misconduct.
The Washington Times Herald reports that 24-year-old Tabatha G. Benton admitted to inappropriate sexual behaviors with a 15 year old boy throughout last year.
The investigation started a year ago at the request of the Daviess County Department of Child Services acting on information of a possible case involving Benton and the boy.
She faces three to six years in prison. Daviess Superior Judge Dean Sobecki set sentencing for December 15th.
