(JASPER) - Jasper Police arrested a 21-year-old Jasper woman Wednesday on three counts of criminal mischief.
Chelsea Pate is accused of spray painting the concrete behind M & M Exhaust, at the Riverwalk, and Villa Pizzeria.
Police say Pate admitted to the vandalism.
