Indiana Man Charged With Seeking Sex With Minor In Kentucky

Last updated on Tuesday, September 12, 2017

(FRANKFORT, Ky.) - An Indiana man has been arrested in Kentucky in connection with seeking sex with a minor.

The Lexington Herald-Leader reports a release from the state attorney general's office says 31-year-old Daniel Lynn Hackman was arrested Friday after a two-week investigation. He's charged with one count of the prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure a minor for sex in Frankfort, as well as possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He's being held in Franklin County Regional Jail on $10,000 bond.

Hackman's arrest was the third made by Attorney General Andy Beshear's Cyber Crimes Unit last week, after 68-year-old Donald Lynn Martin of southern Indiana and 30-year-old Shawn Matthew Greschel of Louisville were arrested in connection with seeking sex with minors.

It's unclear if they have lawyers.
