(UNDATED) - Applications for waterfowl hunts, put-n-take pheasant hunts, and one additional deer hunt are now available online. You can apply until Sept. 24 for the waterfowl hunts at DNR properties.
Reservations for put-and-take pheasant hunts on DNR properties will be accepted until midnight on Nov. 25.
New this year are APPLE gamebird hunts. APPLE is the Access Program Providing Land Easements; private properties open only to successfully drawn hunters on the dates of their hunts. You can apply for these until Sept. 24.
To apply for a hunt you must have a valid license for that hunt. An apprentice license will not allow you to apply. Be sure to enter your hunter education number if purchasing a license online or give the hunter education number to your retailer to ensure you are able to buy a regular license.
