(NEW YORK) - A worker at the Navy Exchange at Mitchel Field in Garden City, N.Y., pleaded guilty to charges that he raked more than $250,000 in cash bribes from three liquor buyers who wanted access to the Exchange’s prices and discounts, the Department of Justice said.
Eric Jex, 29, of Uniondale,N.Y., was authorized to approve large liquor sales at the NEX shopping facility.
