The crash killed the driver of the passenger vehicle.

According to Indiana State Police, preliminary investigations revealed a gray 2009 Chevrolet Malibu was traveling westbound on I-70 near the 10 mile marker and for unknown reasons failed to stop.

The vehicle then ran into the rear of a 2017 Freightliner semi-truck.
