(WOODBURN) - Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating a personal injury off-road vehicle crash that occurred on Wednesday at approximately 1:15 p.m.
44-year-old Jeremy T. Wilson of Fort Wayne was spraying weeds near a culvert on private property near the intersection of Notestine Road and Scipio Road when he lost control of the off-road vehicle and entered the ditch near the culvert.
Wilson injured his left leg and was transported by Northeast Ambulance Service to Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne for treatment.
Indiana Conservation Officers were assisted by the Allen County Sheriff's Department, Woodburn Police Department, Woodburn Fire Department, and Woodburn Ambulance.
